$5,000 Licensed HVAC Technician Referral Bonus

Our $5,000 Licensed HVAC Technician Referral Bonus requirements are as follows:

Public Referrer Must –

• Contact the hiring manager (Zachary Maheu - 860-534-1554) with the of name and position of Referred person, before they contact us. (No exceptions).

Possible Future Hire –

• Must mention to hiring manager that (the Public Referrer) have referred them to Aiello for a possible hire. At the beginning of interview or during the first call with us. (No exceptions).
• Must have residential experience.
• Must have residence and currently residing within Service Area.
• Cannot combine this referral bonus with any other offers.

Current Reward –

• Current Referral Reward is $5,000.00 for Public Referrer
• Current Referral Reward for incoming licensed Technician is $5,000.00

Current Payment Terms:

• Incoming Licensed Technician -
  • Reward payment is paid out monthly for 10 months ($500 per month).
  • After their 90-day probation.
  • The New hire must remain employed in good standing for reward to be paid out to them.
  • Referring Aiello employee must remain employed in good standing to receive the monthly payout.
• The Public Referrer -
  • Reward payment is paid out After the referred License Technician’s 90-day probation, Reward payment is paid out monthly for 10 months ($500 per month).
  • The New hire/ the Referred License Technician must remain employed in good standing for reward to be paid out to them.
  • Must remain employed in good standing to receive the monthly payout.

Qualifying CT Trade Licenses:

• D-1 LIMITED WARM AIR, AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION CONTRACTOR- (Restriction- This license is dependent upon current needs for qualification).
• D-2 LIMITED WARM AIR, AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION JOURNEYPERSON (Restriction- This license is dependent upon current needs for qualification).
• S-1 UNLIMITED HEATING, PIPING, AND COOLING CONTRACTOR
• S-2 UNLIMITED HEATING, PIPING, AND COOLING JOURNEYPERSON
• S-9 LIMITED HEATING COOLING CONTRACTOR
• S-10 LIMITED HEATING COOLING JOURNEYPERSON
