Every ductless mini-split installation begins with a free in-home estimate and load calculation. This guarantees the homeowner will not pay extra for a system that's not the right fit for their home. At Aiello, all of our comfort specialists are trained for this critically important job. Equally important, Aiello will text you the name of your comfort specialist along with a photo and a brief bio prior to their arrival. You can even follow your comfort specialist on their way to your home via an easy text link.
We share a variety of replacement options
Once the in-home assessment is complete, the next step is to share new ductless system options with our customers. Aiello has a selection of mini-split brands and models anywhere in Connecticut. More options mean more chances to identify a system that meets the comfort, convenience, and budget needs of our customers.
We prepare for a successful mini-split installation
Aiello will order your new system from the manufacturer and apply for any available rebates on your behalf, including Energy Star rebates. We can help you with a financing plan as well upon request. Typically, you'll only need to wait a few days before the system is loaded up on an Aiello truck and sent out to your home.
