That's why we send each customer the name, picture and a short bio of their plumber before each service visit. Customers can even track their plumber's service truck on their phones so you know exactly when they'll arrive.
We provide you with upfront pricing
Once you and your plumber are acquainted, they'll ask to see your toilet so they can make the necessary repairs. For installations, we can either install a toilet you've already purchased or make suggestions for toilets based on the inventory we have available. Regardless of whether it's a repair or install, we guarantee upfront and honest pricing for every job.
