Company History

Michael Jezouit purchased Aiello Plumbing & Heating in 1980. Since then, the company changed its name to Aiello Home Services and has diversified into one of the largest home service companies in Connecticut. The business has grown from one employee, Mike Jezouit, to more than 60 home services professionals.

“Since I’ve been in business, some of the biggest changes I’ve seen are in the level of service customers expect,” said Jezouit. “The level of the whole service industry is increasing so our business philosophy is to work even harder and to exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Community involvement is important to Jezouit and his employees. Aiello Home Services is a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, Windsor Rotary Club, the Foodshare Warm Hands-Warm Hearts program, and is a sponsor of numerous local golf fund raising events.

“We take special pride in the craftsmen we train and employ,” Jezouit said. “Our employees feel the same passion for our community, taking part in many charitable events each year. Our entire company works hard to make our customers’ experiences with us hassle-free and enjoyable.
